I came up with an idea to share some "useful" pictures with you - pictures of food with recipes. These posts will be marked with tags "Recipe". Enjoy!
"Blue celery" is refreshing and easy to make.
For 2 portions you need: 1 green juicy apple, 200 g blueberry, 3-4 young sticks of celery (preferably with leaves), some curly parsley, 50 g pine nuts, some Parmesan cheese, some liquid honey (I'm using linden honey) and olive oil.
Preparation: cut celery in thin slices, cut apple in cubes, add blueberry, nuts, parsley and mix it slightly in the salad bowl. Bland together honey and oil in a small cup and add dressing to the vegetables, mix slightly. Add grated Parmesan on top. Salad is ready!
