Okey, you've got my point - I like sesame and grapefruit. This salad has a mild taste and it's juicy. Lets try it out!
You will need:
1 grapefruit
1 field salad (lamb's lettuce / valerianella locusta)
2 sweet pears
sesame seeds, black and white
2-3 tbsp of sesame oil
1-2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp lemon juice, better a fresh one
Cut pears, peel grapefruit and remove membranes as in the "Wild Caesar", slightly mix it with the salad and sesame. You may add some salt if you like.
Now the most tricky part: sauce. Put honey, oil and lemon juice (in this order) in a small bowl as on the picture to the left. Mix them with fork or blender to the condition on the picture to the right.
Add sauce to the salad and enjoy!
